We are thrilled to announce the launch of our transformative online Train-The-Trainers (TTT) program, ‘Educating ImpactLeaders and Peacebuilders,’ in collaboration with ETAM Akademi from Turkey. ETAM Akademi represents a groundbreaking effort by a consortium of labour unions to cultivate a new generation of leaders, armed with contemporary skills and innovative tools. Over the next few months, ImpactLeaders international trainers will embark on a mission to train 12 dedicated individuals from 8 diverse labour unions. These future trainers will be at the forefront of shaping ImpactLeaders and Peacebuilders. Our goal is to enhance their ability to connect with the youth, foster collaboration with organisations across various non-unionized sectors, and empower workers and employees to engage actively in decision-making processes.
